Also, Pentax has a distinct tendency to not use marketing buzzwords. For
instance, it has several lenses that are, by other manufacturer's standards,
apochromatic or aspherical, yet it doesn't market them as such. Another
example: Nikon made a great big deal out of its "D" lenses that took focus
distance in consideration in setting flash output. I believe all Pentax FA
lenses do this, but Pentax doesn't hype that fact.

Overall I think Pentax is very conservative in the claims it makes. It may
be possible that the MZ-S could deserve the term "water resistant" from
other manufacturers, but it's typical of Pentax that they don't make a big
deal of it.
