Excellent images of the Snow Geese, Jack. I probably prefer the first one by a small margin. The 80-320 proves yet again what a surprisingly good lens it is.
The image of the vultures is less successful - into the sun, as you mention, didn't help, but it would have been nice if the ones on the left and right had been more cooperative and faced the camera....
