Happy Turkey day to all. We just finished ours. We did the high
temperature cooking method outlined in Gourmet mag. I've done this
before, so it wasn't exactly and experiment. It works. 450 degrees
for about 1 1/2 hours for a 12 pound turkey, or until you get an
internal temp of 165 degrees. Looks bad. Tastes great.
