The first is an improvement, but the picture is still rather sudden. I think the brightness of the green overwhelms everything else. You know, sometimes it's best to recognise when you're flogging a dead horse. Part of your workflow should be deciding which photos are worth spending some time on. If you're thinking of 'rescuing' a picture it's probably not worth it.
