But as to where:
England: London twice, a small village in the Cotswolds, Oxford, and
Brighton.
Italy: Naples and Venice
Sweden: Stockholm
Finland: Aaland (is that right Lasse?)
U.S.A.: D.C. three or four times and GFM
Canada: Toronto
Australia: Sydney, Adelaide, and Melbourne
