Many thanks to all who have looked and commented.  For those who are
curious...The little buoy like things in the ULH corner are in fact,
buoys.  It is a small water ski course set up that was put here
because of the shallow water and protection from the wind.  I suspect
it is quite a trick to find the thing from the middle of the lake,
however.

Utah Lake is in the center part of the state in the valley where the
city of Provo is.  It gets it's water from the mountains near Park
City and eventually feeds into the Great Salt Lake.
