I'm amazed that no one seems to be able to meet Toronto's small radius
turning requirements.  Other than Bombardier (whose light-rail
commuter vehicles have been sold in Europe), all contenders are
European, AFAIK (I think Siemens is one of them).  One would think
that in older European cities, with all those narrow streets, small
turning radii would be a must!

Anyway, either an existing design will be found or someone will be
found who will design one, or we'll soldier on with what we have for a
while longer...
