Nope. I got all that stuff when I got the D700 a few months back. I got a country roads map book, DVD's, socks & chocolates:

I dreamt I picked up my camera bag and walked off with it, only to realise some time later it was unusually light. I look at it and the flap is open & the bag is empty. After retracing my steps I find scattered parts of one lens & the others elements are all cracked & crazed like shattered safety glass.
