We took a pass on the hamster. But we did get her an American Girl doll (not pictured) that was unavailable from the company (had to do the ebay scalp route) that she was sure she would not get. Santa left that wrapped up under the tree with Special Delivery written on it. We got a video of one squealing, excited daughter when she opened that gift.
