Nope. HSR won't let him run because of that, but SVRA doesn't have a
problem with it. I'm not sure if he runs with anyone else.
I've driven both the Sprite and the Miata - I'd rather have the Sprite.
I can change gears without crashing my knee against the steering wheel
when I lift off the gas in the Sprite.
And I ain't that tall.
I've never had that problem in Miatas. I'd guess it's an issue with
seat selection or positioning or something. When I shift the Miata, my
knee hardly moves, and it certainly doesn't crash the steering wheel. I
actually have more trouble with that in my Chevy 2500 tow vehicle.
