I think that's just a naming snafu. There's only one professional
glossy stock from Epson, and the ICC profile on the Epson site is the
one that's required. However, I think the newest paper packages use
the word "Ultra." Epson does their best to confuse us with constantly
changing names.

With the R2400, the basic paper profiles were installed with the
R2400 driver installation. Epson's premium profiles are available
in separately downloadable bundles: Glossy, Fine Art, Matte, and
Canvas groups.
I haven't seen an ICC for "Ultra Premium Glossy".
