My Nikon and Pentax K adapters came from fotodiox, the Olympus OM adapter came from Cirrus, and the Pentax M42 adapter came from a no- name, all through Ebay.
CameraQuest.com carries both RayQual and Cirrus adapters, IIRC, and various other retailers can order from the Novoflex catalog, including any mount adapters they might have in it.
Third party to FourThirds mount adapters have been somewhat of a specialty item, not many retailers stock them even if they're readily available.
Panasonic immediately made the FourThirds to micro43 adapter available as it is essential in their marketing strategy to provide a level of compatibility with easily available FourThirds lenses. They show those lenses in their G1 system chart ... ;-)
