The area was used as a summer resort for Torontonians from the early
20's. Mostly old cottages, but many are revamping them, and making
them into nice homes, getting off septic etc.
Bargoons could be had up until a few years ago, then the boom hit, and
now prices are comparble to the big city,.

This is a bit farther from the lake, maybe 1/2 mile, on flatter ground.

But, its still a cool place to live.
