Thanks, Ken, Godfrey, Pasvorn, Joseph, Marnie, Frank, & Bob S. Comments greatly appreciated, and . . .

Pasvorn: Do you live in Chicago now? I used to work at Barbara's Bookstore on Broadway off of Belmont about 100 years ago. Know the area fairly well. The bookstore is long gone, but there was a time when that little bookstore brought in quite a few literary heavyweights. I have fond memories of the place.

Cheers, Christine

Nice capture. I like the isolation of the couple by the focus you chose.
Nice isolation of the entire scene also.

Subject: PESO At the 24 Hour Diner

Hi Everyone:

I know this shot isn't technically great; but there's something about it I still like. There's something sweet in his gaze as he looks at his lady friend, and I like the clutter of faces around them. I'm definitely going back to do more night shooting of this diner, which is in my neighborhood. The original shot was really crooked because the seatbelt had me so strapped in I couldn't move to get the frame cropped level--lol--I wanted to get some more shots off, but the light turned green & my husband was off :-).

Anyway, comment if you like :-).
Cheers, Christine
