I just want to extend a big, big thanks to Mark Roberts, William Robb, & Scott Loveless. Your labor, technical skills, & creativity will shine, and I have no doubt the 1st PDML Annual is going to look terrific. Big thanks, guys. This is such a fun idea, and you guys made it happen. I can't wait to order my copy--and it's so much fun to be a part of the PDML community. I send a big Chicago cheers & thanks. Christine

Subject: PDML Book: Uploaded and underway

My S.O. Dr. Lisa was stuck at the hospital until midnight last night, doing CT-guided needle aspirates and, mostly, waiting around for a prima donna surgeon who kept saying he'd be ready in a few minutes... when the patient in question hadn't even been brought into the O.R. But I digress...

Anyway, her misfortune gave me time to get the PDML book finished. After proofreading and some minor corrections today I decided to have a go at uploading it from home, as the files weren't as big as I'd feared.

Upload took 3-1/2 hours but it apparently worked. I just ordered one copy. If it looks OK upon arrival the book will go public immediately thereafter.
