It's going to be $33.95 for the softcover version, $45.95 for hardcover.
This is a $4.00 markup from what Blurb charges, all of which will be
donated to the National Childhood Cancer Foundation.
BTW: Last year's sales of PDML schwag at the Cafe Press store raised
$270.00 for the NCCF. Not a huge amount, but considering I only have
markups of $2-3 it's not bad.
