Yes, the displays in the finder will be hard to use in the dark. I hadn't 
really thought of that.

But I don't shoot out in the dark all that terrible much.

How much would you want for your program plus?

I remember moving up to the Program Plus from my K1000 (and after having 
borrowed my dad's ME-Super many times).

While it's a pretty neat camera for the price, I found that the LCD displays 
really stunk for use in sub-zero temps (slow to update) and also were difficult 
to use in low-light situations.  Unfortunately, the two ways I used the camera 
a lot.  Cold and dark.  :-(

When it got stolen, my biggest disappointment was the 3/4-exposed roll of film 
which went with it.

I bought a used K-50 f1.4 lens a few years ago and it came with a Program Plus 
body.  Still LOOKS like a neat body but I still prefer the handling of the 
MESuper... I've never put any film through it - let me know if you need a 
spare/second one!  :-)
