Acetone dissolves polycarbonate very nicely. One of =my= friends discovered this many years ago.
Try this: Get some DEET-containing insect repellent. Immerse the camera in it. The DEET will dissolve the camera, and leave the superglue pellet behind. Remove the pellet. Consult a chemist about precipitating the camera again from the DEET. Easy!
