Nitromethane dissolves neoprene but doesn't harm rubber. I think
acetone is the most widely used solvent for cyanoacrylate.

Yes indeed. Perhaps that's what the Super Glue dissolver I mentioned
is! I'm sure my bottle of it cost ME $3.50 or more, whilst the
manufacturer spent all of $.09 on it! And most of that was the
bottle and label!
