Yup, kinda. Ortho film could be handled under a red safelight. It wasn't
that it was more green or blue sensitive, it just wasn't red sensitive at
all.
Shouldn't say wasn't, it's probably still being made somewhere.
I used quite a lot of it when I had my little darkroom/graphic arts lab
running in my basement.
