Wimps.

I used to use the 80-200 (on a body complete with battery grip),
and a second body (plus battery grip) fitted with the 28-105
when I wanted a lightweight outfit for lugging around the track
all day, and I didn't want to carry the really heavy stuff.

Try carrying the 250-600 around for a day and see how your arms feel.
