The version in K-Mount that is the same optical formula as the last generation 
screw-mount lenses of the same spec should be quite
good.  I have used both screw-mount versions extensively and found them to be very 
sharp, compact, and consistent in terms of the
color rendition they produce.  You really can't go wrong with these lenses.
