You will need a flash gun, a tripod and a naked lady gymnast with illuminated extremities. Using slow sync, 2nd-curtain flash, with a shutter speed of 1/15th, photograph the naked lady gymnast turning a cartwheel in the opposite sense of the ferris wheel.
