Thank you. That is interesting. I haven't done much Black and White since I put film in the closet. Take a look at the stairs in my Wedding set on Flickr. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jhg2/3383123133/in/set-72157615743020001/ Is that the sort of picture you would touch? PS, I was mousing around in the freezer yesterday and I still have about 6 rolls of Kodachrome....ooops Mailers too. I think the mailers are good firestarters. Regards, John Graves WA1JG =========== Well, I like as is. But you could bring up some shadow detail if you wanted. Uh, you do realize I meant a B&W conversion module for Digital Cameras (that mainly shoot only in color), right? It's simple, but I like it, because it allows one to play a bit with the red/blue/green channels. Which, I suppose, actually one could do with an original B&W too, just hit convert to B&W (although already B&W) and play with it. Actually I do that fairly often -- run the B&W conversion twice on a photo. I find after the first conversion, once B&W, I may want to play with the channels a bit more. The full PS and LR have a bit more than that, I am pretty positive, but Elements has just about the right level of complexity (or non-complexity) for me. Very nice photo. :-) Marnie BTW, since PSE5 is now an older version, I'd look for it on ebay. --------------------------------------------- Warning: I am now filtering my email, so you may be censored. **************Worried about job security?
