I wanted a digital camera I could leave in the car and forget. I was recommended the Technika SH340T 3.1MP, takes an SD card (up to 2GB). I got it from Tesco for under £20. It takes most acceptable pictures, which I know from seeing the results my wife has taken with it, and the fact I'll never get the camera back!
