Thanks, Paul. That burned out stump had interested me since seeing it from the 
highway (at 65mph) a few years back. Getting a sun angle that touched both 
inner sides resulted in a glancing light on each.
Sort of wish I hadn't considered it even a minor curiosity worth a "fun" shot 
or two and just kept the efforts in the dark. ;) 
Seems to have been taken more seriously than I would have guessed.
