I frequently shoot with my K10D at ISO 800 and get fabulous results, especially compared to what I used to get with my old *istD, which was very similar to your *istDS in most respects. The K20D does do noticeably better when you get to ISO 1000 and above, but is that bit of performance improvement worth the added cost? Based on what you said above, I don't think it is. So, I would recommend you get a used K10D. I may be selling mine next month, depending on how this new model turns out. ;) John -- http://www.neovenator.com http://www.cafepress.com/calemp http://www.cafepress.com/neovenatorphoto -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
