Well you made really creative use of that light, Derby. Another excellent set, and one of your best that I've seen too. Goes into my bookmarks list under Examples To Rip Off. :-)

Just curious: what were your typical ISOs and shutter speeds in there? Looks to my eye that the extra stop and a half that your 77/1.8 gets over the 50-135/2.8 that I usually shoot with buys you quite a lot in these dark environs.

Bruce, I know I should, but I don't really notice my settings when I'm shooting. I do feel the length of the shutter, and take a break if it gets a bit long.

Looking over the metadata, last night was pretty much all 1600 (had it on auto ISO) and about 1/45 to 1/20. There's even the occasional 1/8. Hooray for SR. Wide open for most of the time with both the 77 and the FA24.
