Well... Could be either or all of many factors. I now look at it from my home monitor, on a different machine, and naturally also with a cache that holds no previous copy. :-)
The most conspicuous change from the one I saw around lunchtime is the absence of the bright USM-induced line under the beak. My memory may fool me, but I think the plumage looks a bit different too. Certainly the feathers on the head look more natural.
