I tried walking over the past few years, and just doing that really
bothered my knees and feet. Feet are a problem. They have been broken
a number of times, and with all the gout attacks i had over the past
25 years or so make them sore very fast.
I resurrected my old Norco bike i bought in 1990, had it tuned up for
about $90 in 2007 and now i can ride, relatively pain free and get
some exercise. It helped in my lose of 30lb last
year.

So, with that in mind, fixer up Paul.:-)
