It's a question of browser configuration, rather than an inherent
property of the page.

In Firefox 3, it's Edit->Preferences->Security and a ticky box that says
"tell me if the site I'm visiting is a suspected attack site".  No idea
where you would set this in Safari.

I will note that the host in question has really minimal security; it's
possible to wander in and get complete file listings, for example.  It
will refuse a naive put command but that's not saying a great deal.
