Hi Frank, I see your point as a buyer, however from the perspective of buyer and seller I would say that the situation that you outline above describes a seller with a formula rather than a gambler. Remember that not all sellers operate from the USA and I discovered some time back that the sales market ex-USA ain't that predictable.
