I had a good experience with Eric Hendrickson who has a website here: http://pentaxs.com/
Note though that while quotes are done via email, he doesn't seem to connect email discussions to packages arriving so it's a good idea to include a letter mentioning what is wrong (or maybe a print out of the email exchange if you get a quote). He did a basic CLA on a K 50mm f1.2 and I was happy with the experience although it didn't require collimation. If I recall correctly, his website mentioned collimation equipment but I'll leave that up to you. Cymen On Tue, Jun 2, 2009 at 11:56 PM, P. J.
