I believe that's a collimator starring you in the face on his web
page. The other instrument is for calibrating exposure and shutter
speeds.

Note though that while quotes are done via email, he doesn't seem to
connect email discussions to packages arriving so it's a good idea to
include a letter mentioning what is wrong (or maybe a print out of the
email exchange if you get a quote).
He did a basic CLA on a K 50mm f1.2 and I was happy with the
experience although it didn't require collimation. If I recall
correctly, his website mentioned collimation equipment but I'll leave
that up to you.
