Thanks Dave. It does indeed get easier. and so far I haven't hit the wall where dropping kg's gets tricky. It's going to happen, but hopefully not before I get below 100kg. Good stuff with the jogging. On occasion I've felt like breaking out into a run, but I know that I'm still too heavy for that & my legs literally can't handle it.
