Firstly thanks to all for your funny quips & words of encouragement. It actually does help. Update: I broke out into a jog in 2 sections on my walking route (2.74km) One section of 350m and another of 150m. Not much, but a good start considering I've never in my life been a runner. The really good news is my legs & knees seem to have taken the abuse with good grace.
