Not quite sure what you're talking about, but might you have been referring to one of Pentax' Optio cameras, the S4 or S5 or S6?

Fact is, I've enjoyed the use of an S4 for some years how, and have given it to a neice, and took over an S5i for my own use. These are small and capable P&S zooms, that just happen to have very good lenses.

It precisely fits the adage that first one must have a camera with you when a photo opportunity arises! In a small belt pouch, it goes everywhere with me, and especially when I don't care to be burdened with one of my SLRs...

You're entitled to your opinion, but allow me to wholeheartedly disagree with your put-down of the camera that fits an Altoids tin, the S-series Pentaxes! :-D
