I seem to recall Dwayne's saying they would honor the Kodak mailers, though you may have to mail it directly to them. It might be worth asking them about it.
And I will. Prepaid Kodachrome in Canada is differentiated by the colour of the end caps. Red caps mean processing prepaid. There are no other markings on the cannisters, and Kodak Canada stopped putting mailers in the boxes a few decades ago. I also have another pusher in town that might be amenable to dealing with the stuff for me.
