Being acquitted in a court of law doesn't make you innocent of a crime.
The admonition of being innocent until proven guilty is a sanction on
the government, not a requirement that you check your common sense at
the door. I wouldn't let him play with any of my nephews. But as my
grandmother always said you shouldn't speak ill of the dead so I'll say
something nice, he really could sing, before his voice changed and he
became a over produced hack.
