I can't help you with JAlbum or Zenfolio but I'd be betting that the
only way that you can truly find a totally acceptable TOS is by self
hosting, and I mean hosting the images on your own local server and
then you would need to scrutinize the ISPs TOS. Functionally it's hard
to beat Picasa, it's quick and easy to share images. If I want to
share an image that I wish to extend greater control of I just post a
link from the web space provided by my ISP.
