the first one some of you saw....
the last one shows very clearly the problem I had that wasn't noticible on the 1st and second files here because of where it fell ... IT is peakin out from behind part of the tinman on the 3rd... cropped out in the 4th and quite obvious in the full frame shot with my long lens in the 5th.

I don't even know where the sensor IS on my camera... :-( (ann waits for brand abuse )

First, I'll apologize for being WAY, WAY behind ...

It doesn't look like it's on the sensor to me; it looks like a water droplet on the front glass.

I may have showed my photo of the rainbow over Sterling Castle either as a PESO here long ago or possibly on alt.binaries.photo.original. It had similar spots before I cleaned it up in Photoshop.

And those were from rain drops so small I didn't notice them falling around me when I took the photo. But the ones that hit the front of the polarizing filter I had on at the time showed up in the image.
