Behind the mirror.

This is what mirror lock up for sensor cleaning is for; there should be
a section in the manual for it. Lock the mirror up, hold lens-less
camera with the lens mount pointing down, and angle a blower so it's
just in the lens mount, not touching anything, and waft away.

Sometimes one has to do this more than once. If you've got anti-dust
shake in the body you've got, running through that three to five times
first might be helpful.
