In my case I tried to report the problem to the on-line help center and
after writing out the whole thing I got a message
that said they couldn't process it and I should call.... So when I
called Time Warner and got the Road Runner email
line there was the "experiencing a high volume of calls...." message...
I find it hard to believe that Paul and I lost the list at the same time
and got it back at the same time to be merely
a coincidence.... Just gives me the feeling there has to be a connection
out there somewhere
