I think Rob Studdert has posted panos here that use Autopano Pro. Very impressive technology. You can get an idea of how good it is using the freeware Autostitch program, which, I think, uses the same technology. However, it only works with jpegs. http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~mbrown/autostitch/autostitch.html Although the download is labelled "Demo", it doesn't apply any watermarks to the pano. It just periodically expires and you need to download it again. As I mentioned to Christine, Hugin is another freeware program that works well.
