I been in charge of weekly builds for a fairly large software project.
It's not impossible that a version of the code was released linked to an
old library. They should fix it and apologize.

"Viral Tour" demo in Minneapolis... and LR 2.4.
Yes, the colors can be pretty much fixed after the fact, but the
default behavior/appearance of the K-7 RAW files (PEF) in LR on my
Mac look horrible.
I'm reasonably confident it is an Adobe, not Pentax, problem - and I
agree with the suggestion that one ought to look at what the
Pentax-supplied software does with these files before growing
despondent.
