His disclaimer is all well and good, but he asks for donations and uses
paid links to support his family, (or so he says). That wasn't always
there, I don't keep track of his pages so I don't know when he decided
to try to deflect some hate mail.
K. R. gives what looks like serious advice, and does what look like
serious reviews, (sometimes of equipment that hasn't been released,
often describe as "Hands On" of equipment he hasn't even touched). His
understanding of most things photographic appears to be completely
superficial, yet he gives authoritative yet flawed technical advice).
My opinion is that if someone writes brilliant satire, they intend as
such they're amusing. If they discover they've written unintentional
satire and claim they planned it all along they're just sad..

So wait, are you guys saying that all the profound wisdom I have been
pouring through these past years is...wrong?
The most amazing thing about K.R. is the power with which the world is
willing to ignore the totally obvious:

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or
drinking; he can ruin himself with gambling. If he does he is certainly a damn
fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a
free man any more than a dog.
