I dropped the K10D from about 1m onto concrete. My heart dropped about the same distance. The flash popped open. Within 0.0042 secs I had picked it up (I survived the G forces, thank you) and saw there was nothing wrong with it apart from a scratch on the 'X' of the Pentax logo.
