When I lightened up the wall, I discovered that the young woman made for a nice bright focal point. So I decided to bring out some detail and color in her, which lead to the dock becoming too bright, so I adjusted contrast with curves. Now she was too dark again. I made a new curves adjustment, the girls figure is back the dock is OK but now the islands and boats are getting washed out. Sheesh, this was just supposed to be a throwaway, PESO. So to make a long story short this became a major project. Multiple adjustment layers and still I can see people not liking it. But I spent the entire early evening working on it so I'm going to post it anyway.

No, not thrilled with it, but it's okay. Taking pictures of people against highly reflective water (because of light angle) is maybe not quite the way to go. I like the wall and the placement of the girl.
