There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the HTML, afa I can see...
However I notice you use "medium" size for the in-blog version (320px
wide). It could be that Blogspot use harder JPG compression on the
smaller images. The only suggestion I can give is to try using the
"large" option which is 400px wide and see if that improves things...
