I'm one who holds the 67 just like my 35s -- left hand under the mirrorbox, with left fingers and thumb focusing and changing the aperture, and right hand (obviously) winding and firing. I do not find that this fatigues my wrists at all. If anything, my shoulders and neck are tight at the end of a long day of shooting.
